UNIT RENOVATIONS
STAGE 1 - Initial Consult
Meet our building team and designer for an on-site meeting. During this meeting, you'll get an insight into who we are and what our processes look like. We'll also discuss potential opportunities and ideas.
From here, we'll then pass you onto the design team at Your Home Designs.
STAGE 2 - Design
This is where the fun begins. At this stage, the YHD team will closely work with you to design new plans and choose your interior selections.
We'll start by curating a mood board based on your desired style. If you're happy to move forward with our vision, we'll organise an on-site meeting with the product samples to show you the true colours and textures of each product in the natural lighting of your space.
STAGE 3 - Project timeline
& pricing
Stage 3 involves you receiving a quote and the project timeline. The timeline will indicate key building activities and when you should expect to see them started and completed.
STAGE 4 - Quote acceptance & contract finalisation
It's time to accept your quote and sign the contract!
Once the legal formalities have been taken care of, we'll start preparing our construction team and organise furniture removal if required.
STAGE 5 - Construction
From here, the Fin. Design & Construct team will start construction and organise all trades for the completion of the space. If required, we'll also arrange your furniture removal prior to construction commencing.
STAGE 6 - Handover
The moment you've been patiently waiting for has finally arrived. It's time for us to hand over the keys and welcome you to your new pride and joy!
You'll also receive a final handover package containing information about maintenance and product warranties.
